Hope everyone is having a good summer so far…is it as hot where you are? Looks like the heat wave around these parts is over – which means we can use our ovens again! Here’s a super easy treat recipe. I always have big cans of pumpkin puree on hand for The Boys, and I often add scoops of the leftover pumpkin to their meals. It’s such a super healthy & tasty vegetable, plus it’s a real digestion booster. I’ve also given an option here to use some scottish oats – I’ve been baking with these a lot lately as the oat is less processed and therefore has more to offer nutritionally.
